…because it's too lovely to keep to myself

It's A Girl!

The Johnson family has a new baby GIRL!

I always love playing with these sweet brothers, but when I found out they were having a sister, I didn't doubt for a second that she was going to be extremely loved. We got to run around their house, read some books, have some tickle fights and of course, enjoy lots of snuggles. Their laughs and smiles are contagious and I just can't wait to see what sister's personality will be as she grows.

Of course there are many more photos, but here are some of my favorite black and whites from this session. Love them all.

The Lampe Family

I've known Kristina + Nick for a handful of years and ever since they had their sweet little guy, Everett, I've fallen in love with their little family and journey together. Just wait until you see this sweet boy's hair! It's been red since I photographed his newborn session and now that he is six months old, his personality is creating even more cuteness!

Here are just a few peeks from their fall session.

The Stafford Family

I photographed Ashley + Danny's wedding in Hilton Head, SC and I can't get enough of what their journey has turned into! I was so excited to finally meet and play with the cuteness that has brought them so much joy since the last time I saw them! Miss 'E' is now one! Her personality shined right through and I got completely lost in her gorgeous eyes... try not to stare at them too long because you will fall in love.

Here are just a handful of peeks into their fall session:

The Farmand's: A Family Session in Florida

This family comes back home and they will book me for a family session while they are here in town. This year, the decided they wanted their moments captured back where they live in Florida and I hadn't had a chance to meet the littlest guy yet! I was ecstatic to hop on a plane and enjoy a weekend with them! Condo, beach, babes, fun and getting to see some of my favorite clients again... Yes, please!

They were the ones who hired me to come out and the other three families decided to book a session while I was there too! I am forever grateful for such a great experience and honored to have been able to help tell these family's stories. We are already talking about going back next year, and I am over the moon excited!

We started off on a gorgeous walkway full of greens and the sunset peeking through and ended our time that night at the beach getting dirty and playing until it was too dark to anymore. It was just so perfect and I will never forget this trip.

Here are just a handful of peeks from this family's session.

The Kahley's: A Family Session in Florida

Here is another one of the three families that I had the pleasure of meeting and photographing while I visited Florida back in August. I'm so in love with these guys and I hope I get to see them next time we are in Florida next year!

We ran around a lot, danced a lot and sang even more. Chasing these littles around was the perfect way to spend one of my evenings in this lovely area. Each of these babes had totally different personalities and I just had so much fun with them going on an adventure. I hope you can see the way they loved to just laugh and play through these pictures.

Here are some peeks into their fun session. And can I just start off by saying how much I just wanted to bring these backdrops home with me? Obsessed.

The Crichton's: A Family Session in Florida

This is one of the three families that I had the pleasure of meeting and photographing while I visited Florida back in August. I'm over the moon in love with the cuteness of these kiddos and I hope I get to see them next time we are in Florida next year!

I remember being totally in love with both of these babe's hair and eyes. We had such a fun time together and toward the very end of their session we saw an alligator swimming our way, Yikes! Miss Hanna was named after the park area where we took their photos and was a sentimental place for mom and dad. I felt honored to have had the chance to meet them and be here with them to help tell their story.

Here are some peeks into their lovely session.

Sunshine On A Gloomy Day

The Frye Family were first time clients this year and probably one of my most favorite sessions to look back on. I'm just going to let you love on this family. Their moments speak so many words themselves and I just can't get enough of them. Love, love, love.

Here are just a few sneak peeks from their session.

One Whole Year

This family comes to see me very often and they are like family to me now. Every time Kayla messages me to book a session I get the biggest smile on my face. I've been capturing their journey since brother was one and it's been so sweet watching their family grow and their love bloom. So, here we go, Miss Cambri recently turned ONE! Poor Carson didn't feel well at all this evening, but that just made for some extra sweet snuggles. Anyone who books with me knows that I surely don't have a problem with that!

Here are some sneaks from their session.

Fun On The Family Farm

The Greazel family invited me out to their family farm this year. I think these photos all speak for themselves to show we had a great time and I had so much fun following these gorgeous littles around. There were new kittens everywhere and other than the fact I knelt down in some poo (oops! will never forget this session because of it, ha!) I could have followed them around just as much as the kiddos!

Here are some sneak peeks from their session.

Bend Over Backwards For Love

I had the pleasure of meeting and capturing the Ahrens family for the first time this year and they were nothing short of being picture perfect. It was a breezy evening toward the end of summer and gave a sweet feeling and preview of what the fall sessions will be like coming up soon.

After we got out of our cars to greet each other, I enjoyed talking to Colin and complimented him on his glasses. His response? "Thanks... I got them so I could look like Harry Potter." Um, LOVE. I fell in love with his little sister Mae as well and we all just had a blast together. Their love as a family wasn't anything I could hide during their session.

Here are just a few sweet sneak peeks of their session.
